  • Board meetings - agendas are prepared and distributed together with proper noticing to owners and distribution of meeting agendas and minutes. We assist the board  with annual meetings and elections, including notices, proxies, ballots and tallying of votes.
  • Communication is an essential component to successful management. We interact with the board of directors on a regular basis and ensure that the owners are kept up to date on Association matters.
